Gail’s vibrant and meaningful illustrations all feature local children. Like casting for a play, Gail finds children that match the descriptions the publishers give her and the kids act out the scenes that she so eloquently depicts in her illustrations. The children and their families get quite a treat when the books are published and sold nationally!
